When you order from us you are ordering from a small family run business.
The items you order from use are handmade, personalised, printed and packaged ready to despatch to you, to allow us time to do this we ask for 3-5 days before despatch. As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a despatch email.
How do you send my order?
We send you item using Royal Mail services. Were retain proof of postage as insurance for you purchase.
At checkout you can select a free delivery option where your order will be sent using second class post.
You can choose a range of upgrade options.
International delivery
We can use Royal Mail International Standard to despatch worldwide.
Please research any customs charges you may incur in your country before you order.
Ordering via our ETSY shop will allow you to pay sales tax in advance so that you are not charged when your item enters your country.
