My order is a gift can I send without pricing.
Yes- If you let us know at checkout we can ensure pricing is removed.
BUT- If you would like your order sending out of the UK I may be required to attach a customs declaration which must have the price displayed.
Where is my order, the tracking number isn't working.
I send all my orders with proof of postage but there is only tracking information available if you purchase tracked postage. I have no control over postal delays but I can help you claim for loss or damage after 10 working days for UK orders and 25 working days for all other locations. Please do message us if you are having problems.
I have made a mistake can I change/add my personalised message?
If your order hasn't been dispatched I can make changes for you, please send me a message. If your order has been dispatched I can send you a replacement backing card and I will cover packaging costs you just pay postage.
Can I have any message on the backing card?
Yes - Any text can be included on the backing card, we will print any message and we won’t blush if the language isn’t what you would repeat to your grandmother.

Are your items hypoallergenic/nickel free
No - Although I make every effort to use supplies that are not nickel based I cannot guarantee that all supplies are free from nickel therefore I do not recommend that anyone sensitive to alloys wears Bee Bumble items on their skin. Items such as key rings should pose a very low risk of reaction.
