What is it like? 

• An elephant charm on one side and clasp is also an elephant so you can wear this either way
• The clasp is shaped like an elephant and you press the tusk to open it. 
• Silver coloured, made from a zinc alloy.
• Approximately 18 cm long including the clasp.
• Elephants represent different things to different people but they are intelligent and emotional animals that take care of the more vulnerable members of the herd walking at the pace of the slowest member. The Matriarch remembers details routes and trails that have been passed down over generations.

 What sort of messages do people write? 

• These are usually gifts to family, particularly special mums.
• People have also bought these for themselves to add to their collections.
